Well it turns out its not! His real name, before he got married was Namikaze Minato. And his wifes name, who was a Ninja from the formel Whirlpool Country, was Uzumaki Kushina. She had red hair, constant jabbering and a tomboyish demeanor. Jiraiya said she was just like the boys. I found this all out on Naruto Manga Chapter 367.
