Where do I go to make a banner?................I have this other guild and the guy just started on november 2nd and he dosent have a banner and plus he was recently hacked all his cash is gone. So if you could give me the website where i can make one it would be so kind

And is it ok if we make an alliacnece with him?

umm well its not really that theres a web site. we make them are selfs or getting someone else to make one on paint or photoshop then they send it to a photobucket account so that its online after that they just image link it to where ever
