I can understand the need to recharge batteries...
And it could always return when the owner has done recharging batteries...
I've seen it happen with the Grep Sailormoon site..the owners took it down because they could no longer afford it financially or psychologically...then just this past year, they could finally afford to bring it back....and realized they wanted to bring it back....
So, Outpost Gallifrey could wind up on hiatus...I think the owner here is not ruling out a return at some point....else it would go down totally...
