Well, let's see. I got a few problems on my DS version, which I'll dress later, but here's my biggest problem in FoMT.
I love my horse, but no matter what my horse is taken away. I just can't manage to get a third heart. So, if my fourth horse is taken (RIP Zaon, Juka, and Brutus). I'm just gonna give up on it, lol. So, yeah, I've been taking it outside in good weather, burshing it, and talking to it. So, my question is this. Is there a faster way to get my horse to three hearts in a year? I'm starting a new file and want to get a good farm like my other games.
For the DS my biggest problm would be the frustrationg of collapsing buildings and the small bugs I keep running into. (I can see the codingof the game at times. It's impossibl e to move through it.)

I honestly can't see the problem. You're doing everything right, and should have 8 hearts by the time Barle comes. eek
As far as HMDS, the stronger (and more expensive) your material, the less likely the buildings are to collapse. Golden Lumber never collapses, IIRC.
If the glitches bother you, mail it back to Natsume, with a letter detailing as many glitches as you've found. They should replace it. I got a new copy in the mail, and it seems to be better. I'll have to wait until New Year's to see if I can get B. Flour, and at least until winter to see if the Witch will notice me killing animals. twisted

I love the witch, but I hate being a bad farmer. Yeah, I think Golden Lumber is a big rip off in the beginning years, because you spend too much on it. I mean it's 1 million gold.

Send the fishing team to the beach in winter. You should get 1 Billion G at 4:30 when Mayor Thomas shows up. Run/teleport to the Sprite Tree and buy as many Million G tickets as you have patience for. (You can also spend the Billion buying Tokens for the Godhand and Miracle glove, but that takes 1000 purchases each! :gonk) You cna sell the tickets back to Van as needed.
Most days they are fishing, you should get a billion G. You can get an entire golden farm if you want.

In FoMT, Just let it outside, ride it, brush it, and talk to it EVERYDAY! Leave it inside when it rains and before you go to bed^^ Trust me, I got it to 10 hearts before the year ended... sweatdrop *Has to much time on her hands*
As for HM DS, I really can't say what to do about that because I had that little glitch with the fishing sprites, so I ALWAYS have g to spare.

I haven't even gotten a fishin sprite yet... I never even go fishing that much. It takes forever compared to FoMT, but I might try this glitch ou. And I turne my game back on and I found my Dog outside of the Kitchen!

Toss the line in your watering hole. 3nodding Then just have them fish continuously, and fish for yourself every so often. (Also, fish once in the Hot Springs)
