After a long time, I'm happy to be able to finally announce a winner!
Sei and I apologize profoundly that you all had to wait for so long, it definately wasn't expected! As things turned out, Sei was unable to finish judging, as she got caught up in real life, and things seemed to continuously get in the way. After some conversation back and forth, it was decided that I should pick the winner myself. Sei asked me to apologize sincerely on her behalf; so on the behalf of both of us, actually, we're sorry!
Because I didn't think it would be fair for me to be the -only- judge (and because I was having -such- a hard time deciding, several people had tied!) I enrolled the help of my best friend, and she helped me judge all the entries on three criterias: The name - and the reason, the personality - and the explanation, and the actual prompt reply.
Anyways, enough talking!
