Have you ever wondered would would happen in one little thing dint happen?
Like, how do you think would have happen if the whole Zuko and Katara conversation about finding Aang and the water bending scroll happend? do you think the Zutara movement would be as strong as it is?
Or what if Toph and Iroh dint met in the Forrest? Do you think Toph would have come to her sences and found them?(have you ever wondered how she found them in the first place?)Or would she had kept walking in the woods away?
I know this is wired and random, but hey its what I started to think about when people won't annoying the hell out of me for some damn yogurt -_-

My biggest 'what-if' that has haunted me since the Season 2 Finale:
What if Katara had had the time to heal Zuko's scar? What would have happened? Would she have wasted her magicky water, and had to watch Aang die, or would Zuko finally have chosen the right side?

i think that if Katara healed Zuko's scar zuko would not have betrayed

Even if the whole pirate Zutara scene hadn't happened, we fangirls would still ship Zutara.
I think the idea that spawns Zutara is that of a "love/hate" relationship. It's a great pairing for shipping because you have an angsty teen on one side and a strong willed girl on the other. In fandom, then, you can have stories with the main theme of "love to hate," etc.
Zutara spawns from the fangirl ideal, not from canon, sadly.
(However, we are able to twist canon to fit our ideal. >XD )

Hm. . .Now that I think about it (and I guess I've thought of this before) what would have happened if Zhao hadn't been killed? eek That would have changed a lot of things, I bet.
What do you guys think? I'm not too good on hypothetical situations. . . sweatdrop

I'm not too good on hypothetical situations. . . sweatdrop That ones hard to think of...I mean Zuko and Iroh were seen as tratiors just becuse of the failer at the north pole...So If Zhao wasent killed he would have reported that his son was the blue spriet, witch would be harder for him to forgive...soo...well its also posable that Zhao may have alredy told him and that may be one of the resons he was why at the beging of sesion 2 he labeld them tratoirs...arg...head hurt...

i always thought....what if Zuko was never banished??? would the avatar still have issues with running away from the fire nation???

More likely then not, granted the story wouldn't be as fun(or as full of shippers) but I would think so, I mean word that the avatar spreads like wired fire, because if you remember, everyone thought that the avatar was dead or that the cycle was broke and the avatar was no more, and soon after Aang woke up everyone was like "AVATAR!!!!" and then there was happy, like the fishing guy who sold the fish to the fire nation ship zuko was on and Zuko found out he was on kioshi. So soon after he awoke he would have been found out by the fire nation. Or so i think 3nodding
