The early signs of pregnancy
Please remember that you could be pregnant without any of these signs, they could be so subtle you do not even notice or you could be having all the symptoms but are not pregnant, these are basically a early references but everyone is different, just like every pregnancy is different.
EARLY SIGNS
Missed Period - this is usually the first sign that you could be pregnant
Just Feeling Pregnant - i just knew i was pregnant before i did a test, there is feelings you get and usually your instinct is right.
Changes In Emotions - tired, moody, queasy, lightheaded. You may also have heartburn, constipation, or find yourself making more frequent trips to the restroom. Perhaps you feel a dull ache or stiffness in your lower back, you have sore breasts or they seem overly sensitive, or you are simply not feeling like your usual self.
Breast Tenderness - Usually when your getting ready for bed, in the shower, bath, getting dressed they will feel really sore.
Fatigue - one of the big signs you can feel really drained, tired as though you have been working all day.
Frequent Urination - people may be commenting your going to the loo a lot this is because the uterus grows and pushes against the bladder causing you to need to empty a lot more.
Nausea - One of these pregnancy signs of queasiness, nausea and vomiting can take you by surprise when you least expect it. This can start to appear when your only a week pregnant. a smell can start you off.
Dizziness and/or Fainting - this can shock some people as they can get dizzy by standing, getting out of bed, getting up too fast this is normal because the uterus also pushes against the arteries in your legs which drops blood pressure which can make you feel faint.
Food Cravings, or Aversions to Foods - you can find yourself wanting certain foods a lot more or foods your never liked before, this can be some of the weirdest combinations.
Sensitivity to Aromas - another early stage is your sensitivity to smell grows and certain smells can make you ill.
Morning Sickness - you can find your being sick a lot anytime of the day not just in the morning this is because of the increase of hormones in your body.
Heartburn and/or Constipation this can be because your baby has a full head of hair it causes heartburn but in the early stages this can happen because of the hormones.
Mood Swings and Irritability - with dealing with everything else that happens in pregnancy and the hormone changes is it any wonder you become irritable.
Higher Body Temperature - you may find yourselve feeling a lot hotter than normal.
Lower Back Pain - this is caused by many factors as your weight changes suddenly, the baby will be pushing on your back, sleeping also can cause it because either way you lie your womb is pulling on your back muscles.
Implantation Bleeding - not well known but when the egg is trying to implant or is implanting into your womb walls it can cause spotting and slight bleeding, any concerns see your gp.
A Possitive Test - Well duh but the reason you can do a test usually two weeks after your period was due because there is a rise in hormones.
Weight Gain/Bloating - with your cravings and also the fact the baby is growing fast everyday you will feel yourself becoming bloated and also will find your putting on weight more.
