I don't know what I'm allergic to. but my nose usually starts to get stuffed up around june and it lasts until about september. and I have congestion in my throat as well--I hate that because even when I try to swallow, it won't go away! heart

Allergies include: Dust, pollen, ragweed, cats, dogs, some perfumes, Herbal Essences Shampoo odors, any animal with fur, most men's colognes, and (unconfirmed) Erthromiaycin (sp?)
Reactions: Stuffy nose, uncontrolled sneezing, watery eyes, itchy eyes, difficulty breathing in some cases, itchy nose, sore throat, general feeling of the icks. When I take Erthromiaycin I get horrible stomache aches and headaches.
Treatments I Use: Cold compresses on eyes when really bad, Benedryl when I don't have to work, Tylanol Allergy/Sinus when I do have to work, frequent naps on weekends, Ice Cream.
Stupid things I do to aggrivate my allergies: Smoke cigarettes, own 4 cats, use Herbal Essences shampoo, sniff flowers.
It's only really bad during Hay Feaver Season. Once the first frost hits I am fine. When June comes around though, I am miserable.

I didn't have any allergies when I was younger, but now I'm allergic to most types of pollen.. sad
At least I don't have my son's allergy-he's allergic to some food colorings, like Blue #2, red #5, and blue lake #2. So no M&M's for him. Poor little guy. sad

It's not technically an allergy. If someone is lactose intolerant their body lacks certain enzymes that are needed to process the sugar lactose that is most commonly found in dairy products.
