Something I noticed is the way you draw your hair. It can look like it's thick blocks of quills coming out of the head or dreadlocky~ (Unless that's what you intended ^^) Perhaps you could imagine where the hair-line is so that the hair locks don't look so random; like is it a side-parting, middle parting, or growing from a point and spreading out kinda thing. 3nodding
Also, the pants on the 2nd picture with the folds bunching up together looks odd, particularly his right leg. But then again I'm not an expert at clothe's folds but thought you'd like to know what looks odd to me. sweatdrop

Some of my drawings have hair with an actual part, but for some reason, these just ended up like that. I'll try to keep it in mind more, though.
Yeah, I suck at folds. Mostly, I was trying to use as little as I could stand, as usually I put way too many. I'm a bit surpised that there isn't a bajillion eraser marks around thorugh pants.xd

The AFG is a little slow right now, not really sure why.
I'm a little busy right now working on a Gorillaz avatar edit set, so all I can tell you is that you should check up on your facial anatomy a bit. I'm glad to see that you try to give your character's faces... character, but sometimes it can get out of hand.
