im holding a chunin exam but its messed up dew to the fact that no one is on im gonna have the 2 genin in my village fight and whatever one wins goes up to jounin and whatever one loses goes up to chunin which is messed up but i need some chunin in my village to

"for now go to your respective villages and have gennin fight gennin or have them fight you... if a gennin can land a hit on a kage then they can go up to jonni if they can make you draw a drop of blood anbu and if they can get a cut about an inch or so deep then they are at special jonnin lvl... now remember be fair dont go easy but dont hit them maybe a flick or two to show them a weak spot i am currently working with 2 sand gennin they show potencial. as wee we need to get a squad of anbu from evry vilage that can act as the protection for the villages"
(the squad will have to be traind personaly by one of us or other kages/sannin)
