I don't know if this is really Life Issues worthy but I was wondering what a few peoples thoughts on this where. ^^
Going into college next month and me and my Previous Girl Friend have broken up. Still not totally un-heart broken yet but I have been thinking of the possibility's of relationships while in College. Specifically having a same sex relationship.
This would be normally fine and dandy except for a few things. One though I'm Bisexual I have had very little experiance with men let alone have done more then be attracted to them and looked at adult material. So I'm not sure if I could tottaly fall in love with another guy. The second thing is I'm not out of the closet with the family I live with currently until I get in my dorm. Most of them too seam very homophobic or uneducated when it comes to same sex relationships. (Quote from Grandmother: "You can't afford to get aids(from being gay)") My mother and most of my friends on the other hand do know and are accepting.
So should I even attempt at having a same sex relationship at some point? I don't want to hurt anyones feelings if I go to far and have to break up with them if it doesn't work for me. But on the other hand I have been thinking a lot lately about being romantic with another guy. A little holding and snuggling. So I just might be able to pull it off.
Well thanks for any of your input.

I think you should at least try with a man. Just tell him upfront that you're not entirely sure about the lengths of your attraction to men and you're trying to figure things out. If he's not okay with that, he'll probably break it off right then. If he is okay with it, then just see where it goes smile

I recently (the night before last) had same sex relations with a guy and all I can say is... Its almost the same as a girl. Gender is irrelevant when it comes to a relationship. Love is love... sweatdrop mrgreen

When you feel ready you're ready dude.. I mean was nervous to start doing stuff physically with a guy because what my peers at school would have thought of me, but I tend to hang with people who accept me I'm only a sophomore in high school but I feel comfortable enough now to do that stuff now so like "when you feel ready you're ready dude"
