i really want to call up verizon and tell them what a sh*tty service they are for purposely preventing the transfer of mp3 files to make your own ringtone--all for the sake of making themselves more money. i hate them and i will never again use verizon wireless. unfortunately, i have to wait two years for my contract to be up (otherwise it's $75 that i dont' have to cancel it). i HATE them.

Please don't kill me, but..
I really don't blame them. How much is it for a ring tone, a buck or two?
Unless they don't let you put your music on just to listen to it. Then you call 'em, write 'em, whatever.

it is kinda annoying but they have to rule the empire somehow... and i would rather have verizon and their tightwad attitude to tmobile and their "awesome" rolleyes customer service stare that is infuriating
