If you are literate in Hebrew, please lend a hand...or an eye wink

Years ago, I was a member of walla.com, which provides free email accounts.
Sadly, I cannot recall my original username, but was told the account would have been deleted for inactivity anyway. I went back today to re-register and voilá...all was in Hebrew. I navigated my way to the registration screen, but now I'm stuck. How can I fill this out properly?

Here's the "register for a free account" screenshot. I can figure out the birthdate and the time/country, but as far as last name, first name, password...the "4" in the upper text boxes suggests "must be 4 characters long", so those would be username and password?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you so much.

We'll try and keep this at the top of the page as long as possible, until one of them gets the chance to come on and help you.

Perhaps, change the title to be less exclusive. Perhaps to "Help! I need someone with good comprehensive hebrew skills."

or like .. maybe cause that was reaslly long like "Help! I need someone who can read hebrew well."

I mean I don't know if it'll work, but it won't hurt to try.
