I need to get this out being a picture post or an EX picture post regular. That place is a huge load of crap on a stick now it's a chatterbox for posting pictures. So what am I pissed about?
The helper yes ONE HELPER
and the 3 only online moderators there to help it.

Guess who the helper for the picture post is?
A nice girl I mean I really really like the helper she's nice and all x.o.. but ******** man you don't put an AD regular to be a PICTURE POST HELPER. That's like someone who spends all their life working to be a fireman and instead gets hired as a vet or something. IT JUST DOESN'T MAKE ANY DAMNED SENSE.
So I say, biased.
The moderator who appointed the helper has been friends with this helper for a while. BIASED! I swear!

It's OK. That's what this guild is for.
I've always had low expectations for the quality of the user experience here on Gaia. What blows is when people practice favoritism over experience in appointing mods.

That sounds pretty shite, actually. Also there's clearly a lack of moderators... only 3?
But Picture Post has become quite an utter cesspool, totally awful. So no need to really get too heated over it, surely 3nodding Still, keep the rantage coming, that's what the guild's here for after all. 'Tis all good.

A lot of Gaia is like that, where we have more prisoners than guards as they say. But problem is we can't exactly traipse up to Lanzer and go HAY FIX THAT because he's too busy keeping the site up. Ah well.
We need to make some angry, Maddox-like guys our moderators. Brucolac and The Iconoclast would be perfect for weeding out the boys from the men.

But problem is we can't exactly traipse up to Lanzer and go HAY FIX THAT because he's too busy keeping the site up. Ah well. We need to make some angry, Maddox-like guys our moderators.
