Premise: Sokka and Ty Lee have an affair, which does really suit well with anyone else. Therefore, Sokka is hunted by the Fire Nation, where as Ty Lee must escape the Gaang and an alive, but furious Suki.
Basically, a really f*cked up story in which a lot of weird things happen. Humor and spectacle on the scale of a Quentin Tarantino movie or Smokin' Aces, which inspired the idea. Really dark, somewhat parodic humor.
I'm looking for at least three writers to help brainstorm the plot and situations.
Here is the basic outline for it (not very detailed):
Outline:
· Ty Lee stalks Sokka until he discovers her and they fight. Ty Lee wins, but lets Sokka go in the exchange that they have sex.
· To both go to their respective homes and have to explain why they are late and exhausted.
· The two meet up again and have another go at it, and subsequently plan to see each other again and again.
· Toph catches on to what Sokka has been doing and becomes immensely jealous.
· During one meeting, the two are found out by Zuko, who immediately tells Azula; she orders that Sokka be found and executed.
· At his home, Sokka is confronted by the Gaang about his meetings with “this girl” (since they don’t know it’s Ty Lee).
· Suddenly, Sokka is attacked by Firebending guards, but he escapes and is forced to run away.
· Toph, having spied on Sokka, knows that his partner is Ty Lee, and starts her own hunt. Later, Aang and Katara assist.
· Azula explains to Ty Lee why Sokka must be killed. It is written on a decree of the Fire Nation, but doesn’t make much sense.
· On the run, Sokka curses himself for even sleeping with Ty Lee, only to find out many others have.
· While searching for Sokka, Ty Lee encounters the Gaang and barely escapes, although not without getting hurt.
· Sokka has his own encounter with Mai and Zuko, but because they are resolving their own affair, he is able to get away.
· Ty Lee finally finds Sokka and explains to him that there is a loophole in the decree of the Fire Nation that will have him off the hook.
· She takes him to the Azula and the troops, and persuades them that Sokka didn’t do anything to her and that she did it to him, therefore, making him her “b***h.”
· To humiliate Sokka even further, Ty Lee is told to make him do more rather embarrassing things to prove his loyalty. Reluctantly, he does and is off the hook.
· However, things are not settled with the Gaang, and Sokka has to prove that Ty Lee is actually on their side. She is put through her own embarrassing ordeal before they are convinced.
· Now the fight is between Ty Lee and Toph, who fight for Sokka, who pathetically tries to break it up.
· They both end up hurting Sokka, which makes Ty Lee leave with shame. This makes Sokka sad, which makes Toph angry and guilty.
· She goes after Ty Lee, and allows her to stay with them on two conditions: 1) she quits the Fire Nation, and 2) makes no moves on Sokka. Ty Lee agrees, reluctantly. (Hypocritically, upon being asked if Aang is available, Toph says yes.)
· It ends with the Gaang, know accompanied by Ty Lee, moving on, and Toph questioningly whether Sokka will ever truly love her instead. After of lying and being killed, he doesn’t answer.
Main Character Subplots:
Sokka- Sokka is conflicted between saying loyal to his team or loving a Firebender. He also must keep clear of his vicious manhunters.
Ty Lee- She falls in love with Sokka, but faces his same crisis, including running from ruthless hunters, that being the Gaang.
Zuko- He’s having trouble with his relationship with Mai, because of his inability to connect with girls, and her neutral disinterest.
Mai- She isn’t very open to Zuko about her feelings for him, and isn’t very receptive of his feelings either.
Toph- Jealous of Ty Lee, she wants more than anything to get her out of the picture as soon as possible.
The conclusion is not the best, but this is only a first summary.
