Personality: ingenious, clever, arrogant, power-hungry.
Appearance: Medium height, lanky, rings with various gems on each finger, black suit and red ascot tie, sliver skulled-headed cane, black hair that is slicked back, and witty smile.
Weapon: His cane doubles as a weapon. The cane itself is a scabbard that holds the blade while the head of the cane is the hilt. Katana like. He stole it from the late, sinister Gregory Teatime.
Other: He can travel through time and teleport via device in the staff as well.
