I stole this game from the Jewish Gaians Guild where I'm really active in.
(so give them the credit for this)
It's really simple you say somethign about the person above you. This could turn into a whole like getting to know people game. You can say all you want, as long as you say somethign about the person above you. smile
We get into whole conversations in the other guild. smile
I might also think about handing out prizes at land mark page numbers, or have games or something smile
