I contacted the seller I bought my Soulkid Harang from, because it has been longer than expected for him to be delivered. Well I found out from them that...
HE WAS SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!!!! gonk
He is already being sent home to me, b-but still crying
stare The people he was sent to better not have opened his package or anything -__- ugh
I want my little Odette now (Finally decided on a name ^^)
If he doesn't arrive by Wednesday I am supposed to contact the seller again.
I hope get him soon, because my mother kinda got pissed when she found out ^^;

If your one to hold a grudge, just leave bad feedback. I'd opt for neutral, though. Complain about the shipping if you want to as well, but be prepared to get bad (or indifferent, which is almost as damaging as bad) feedback in return.

That's really scary! eek If that ever happened to me, I'd go hunting for whoever got my darling and bust their door down.

The people that he got sent to sent him to me with priority shipping (I didn't have to pay for it yay! That was nice of them) so I have him now, pictures in the gallery subforum. I need a better camera. The company is still trying to figure out how he got sent to the wrong address. They recently put on a doll show so I probably has something to do with that and the stress of setting up and all. I don't really hold a grudge, I am just happy I got my Odette. I wanted to cry when I found out because I was scared that someone might have opened him and messed with him and all but I got an email a little bit later from the company stating that he was on his way home to me.

Oh man! You're lucky the people he ended up with were so nice! What if he'd ended up at someone's house who knew how much they were worth!!! Scary, scary!

I had that happen to me. It wasn't Luts fault, but parcelforce. They gave my doll to my neighbour. I got him back after a several hours but she (being the nasty old bat that she is) told me she had it opened it and was keeping the doll for herself. She even help the box on her window ledge threatening to drop it at one point! gonk You have no idea how much I hated her after that. stare

Well at least the seller re directed the package right?
But it's still bad that they made a mistake in the address because it's important that YOUR PAID GOODS get to the BUYER. Besides you didn't pay so that the seller makes mistakes that big.
So I guess you should write a neutral feedback but state that shipping error.
