Ok ,so my sister chantelle passed away, from cancer. and i am left with a dark sad feeling and i cant shake it.i need help around the feeling, what should i do to maby help this feeling or deal with it better.

That's horrible, I'm so sorry. sad I have a friend whose sister has cancer and the medicine has stopped working.
Anything that gives you comfort, whether reading, going for walks, watching something funny etc. Don't be afraid to cry though, let out the pain you're feeling. I know it can take awhile to really come to terms with a loss.
Take care of yourself. I hope for the best for you!

thank you , i mean its really hard ya know i was so close with her ,she was the goto person of my life i could tell her anything, and now.,. she is juust gone and i want her back so much

Take the time of grieving to stay close to your family.
Sure, a lot of people feel annoyed by family, sometimes like the black sheep or just have some members that they don't care to be around a lot of the time.
But regardless of if any of these apply to you or you know what I'm talking about, stick close to your family. Grieve together and stand together. This is one of those times that family really needs one another, and it's evne neccessary.
...I'm very sorry to hear of your sister's passing, you're in my thoughts and prayers.
