It was a boring afternoon, and no one would play with young Nona. She had found herself at the top of a hill taking a nap, under a huge fir tree. She laid there, wagging her fluffy tail. She was never good at handling her boredom, she was just a kit after all. And a nap was pretty much the only thing to do, the warm ray from the sun. Felt good on her fur, was perfect for napping. And the gusts of wind, where nice too. Flowing through her fur, it was pleasing to her.

 Jaron pranced and pounced about in the tall hill grass, hopeing to somehow, with some luck, catch some unlucky prey. -rustle rustle- "Ah-ha!", Jaron shouted out as he pounced. His expression of excitment changed to dissapointment. 'Nope...nothing yet.' He started to creep back into the grass, there had to be some sort of prey out here...

Young Nona didn't hear the active kit playing around her, she was to into her nap. The warm rays from the sun, and the wind just made it perfect. She rolled over onto her back to let her stoumach get to feel the nice weather. Slowly waking up for a minute she yawned and opened her eyes to look around. But everything was upside down to her, and suddenly something quickly ran across her face that startalted her.

Jaron froze as he heard rustles in the grass, crouching down onto the ground so as to not be spotted by whatever else was creeping about. 'Maybe it's a rabbit...or a squirrel!', Jaron thought, imagining as to how exciting it would be to catch such things and bringing them to his mother, to have her be proud of him. He lifted his nose into the air and sniffed. The only unfamiliar and out of place scent seemed to be coming from behind him, just a few feet away from him. He cocked his head to the side, realizing that he had actually just passed the creature. 'How did I miss it? Well it doesn't matter, it hasn't run off yet.' Jaron's tail bobbed in excitment as he got into position to pounce on the "unsuspecting" creature. 1...2...3! "Haa!", Jaron shouted, leaping into the air and twisting around to try and land onto the prey, but ended up crashing into another ulaya kit.

Not knowing what had ran past her untill it was too late, young Nona was crashed into by this other kit. She didn't know what to do, the little leopard spotted girl was scared. Anyone would be if they just woke from a nap and had gotten crashed in to. Not knowing what to do, she started screaming for her mother, even though she was no where around the young kit. " M-mommy!!!!!" She screamed out, hoping her mother would rush to her side.

"I'm so sorry!", Jaron apologized as he scrambled off of the kit, falling over in another patch of grass. He got back to all fours, rubbing himself in the areas that were impacted most, then covering his ears from the other kit's wailing. "There's nothing to worry about, really!", Jaron tried to shout about the other kit's voice, trying anything to get her to be silenced, and reassurance seemed to be the next best thing behind trying to close her mouth himself.

The young kit still wouldn't calm down, even though the other kit tried to reasure her that everything was okay. Who knows why she wouldn't calm down , maybe it had something to do with her family life. But it was a mystery, still screaming out for her mother. Tears started pouring out of young Nona's eyes, she just blocked out Jaron for those moments.

Jaron started to panic, looking around to see if the small kit was drawing attenion from someone, relieved to see that no one else was around. But how long would that be? This girl was sreaming bloody murder, someone was bound to notice. "Come on little girl, nothings gonna happen to you...!" He said, trying to soothe her the same way that his mother would do for him, patting his paw on her head gently, though it didn't do much to change the small kit.
'Wait...a minute', Jaron thought, as if a small switch had suddenly flipped in his mind. 'This kit...is a girl. And...girls equals...' "Cooties!!!", Jaron suddenly shouted out, clutching the paw that he had recently pet the kit with. Now Jaron was begining to shout out in panic, along with rolling about through the grass, trying to rub the so called cooties off of his body.
Now it looked like chaos, two small kits shrieking about and one of them rolling all over the place. If no one was to notice them before, someone was bound to now.
