TehBalani I don't fear death, i'm just afraid of living in hell... that's why i'm afraid all time, we live in that HELL itself, this horrible world full of greedy bastards and people that doesn't give a CRAP about nature... stare your just focusing on the bad stuff too much. there are still plenty of good people in this world who respect nature

I'm afraid of death. Some nights, I go to bed and I have this feeling that just won't go away, that I'll fall asleep and I just won't wake up. It's scary, to say the least.

I'm not afraid of dying . In a past life I was an Inner Temple priestess whose job was to work while I was asleep helping the mentally insane and those who could not find their way out of this realm. It was so interesting that in this life I was told by a psychologist to leave his patients alone. All I had to say in return was "Are they well? He changed the subject but I could see by the expression on his face that they were.

"To die will be an awfully big adventure."~Peter Pan
But that certainly doesn't mean I don't cherish life. I'm just open to new experiences and believe that fate(or God; your preference)chooses when you go and when you go that's that.

I'm not afraid...I cut my legs and arms and I'm not afraid yet. I've been in near death experiences, but I'm still living and I'm not afraid.

I do fear death. I fear living on almost as much as I fear death. I fear the way I am going to die. I fear change. I believe in afterlife, but I also believe it won't be any better if not worse... at least for awhile. Most of all, if my view on the afterlife is wrong, I fear the thought of forgetting memories. The one time I did fall asleep thinking that maybe dieing wouldn't be so bad after all... I ended up having a dream where I pretty much predicted the order in which a few people I know and myself would die in. I didn't handle it well, when it was my turn. =)

The idea of death isn't too scary because I know that there is something better on the other side and life is just the appetizer in a dinner. But as other people said, I am afraid of how I will die. I mean I'm sure as I am dying I'll see the awesome entree coming out of the kitchen and will be willing to give up my soup or salad no matter how good it tastes. ....Can you tell I'm a bit hungry?

Shanna66 wolfwood703 Eh call me cold hearted if you like or emotionless if you wish but I really do not fear death. I've seen enough of it already that I really don't care what happens to me. Eh we all gotta go sometime. Right? I look at other people and I'm all like "oh look!! their goes another rotting corps". That and I don't really grieve much. Don't see much use in it really. i would hope you dont say that to people who have just lost a loved one na. Far be it by my hand to say such a thing. Just because i see no use in grieving and death doesn't bother me don't mean I gotta go bein' cold hearted an all.

I fear that dying will be painful and or unpleasant but im not afraid of death and being dead it doesn't bother me I believe theres life after this hell a much better calm peaceful place. Our Spirit goes on I know that and all i need is that faith that it does get better.

I fear death, and I don't..
I used to be less nervous of death, recently that's changed, you could say I am more aware of my own mortality now.

My opinion on death is so mixed that I barely understand it. I guess it's a balance.
For a while I thought I'd lost my fear of death, but recently I watched the anime "Another" and realised I'm still as scared as ever.
