Dumbledore would be tortured to insanity, and then end up in a bed next to Neville's parents. That way, Harry and Neville would be equal xd
More sexy stuff...and the whole book would be in MANGA STYLE! That way, you could SEE everything without a movie!
weeeellll...I want Remus/Lily, James/Bellatrix...and best of all, Snape would have a little somethin' somethin' going on with TRELAWNEY =D

A few things. Ginny would never exist, and it would be Harry/Hermione twisted GWAHAHA! Oh, and Dumbledore wouldn't die, and he'd marry McGonnigle 3nodding Also, Draco/Snape slashness.

Dumbledore cant die! Let Snape die! Yes, Snape dies instead! Dumbledore no dies! And Sirius... And Cedric... and.... and... BUT THEY CANT DIE!!!!!! crying But Draco can... And um... Oh oh oh oh um... Bellatrix... she's... EVIL *ugh* And that Lucius guy (and dont forget his snooty wife!) And Umbrige. They can all die, but not Dumbledore or Sirius or Cedric or, or or,!!!!!!!

Hmmm...I think if I could change things...then Sirius would be alive. There would be a lot more slash, because JKR JUST GIVE OUT SO MANY HINTS TO IT!!! We all know there is something between Remus and Sirius...although I would really like to claim sirius for myself...he he he...and the tension between Harry, Ron, and Draco. I sense a threesome!
I also would change the way Percy acted...even through all of this he is one of my favorite characters! I don't really know why...hmm...maybe I can get him together with Snape...
REMUS WOULD NOT BE TOGETHER WITH TONKS!!! Sorry, but that is just nasty! To be honest, I would see him with either Snape or Harry. But mostly Snape...Harry can be with Percy...hmmmm...
Oh! And Ginny would be destroyed! Yes! So would Lockhart, Tonks, and maybe Hermoine...she just rubs me wrong for some reason...OH! AND DUMBLEDORE WOULD BE ALIVE!!!

I doubt anyone would truly want to know what happens in the darkness of my mind, but since that’s what this topic is about…You’re stuck with it.
First and FOREMOST:
SIRIUS IS ALIVE and possibly with Remus, though I would love to have them both for myself….*evil laughter* Ooh, just imagine the strangeness…Anyways.
Harry is not with Cho (who’s just a slut in my opinion) OR Ginny (who can rot in Dante’s Inferno) and never was. If anyone, it should have been another character introduced in the Second book, which is why most of my fics about Harry involve him and an OC
Ron with Hermione. That is how it should be.
Hagrid would have been a teacher from day one.
Trelawney….is a stark raving lunatic who just needs to…Go read tea leaves somewhere else AFTER the prophecy was given.
Dumbledore would not be dead. He would be alive and well
Snape…He heh….Would have had a slashy type thing with James before Lily changed her mind. You just KNOW that there is so much unresolved sexual tension between the Marauders and Snivellus.
Peter…Would have been caught the night he was “revealed” while Moony was a teacher.
Remus would come back a DADA teacher
Cedric…should have had more of a competition with Harry during the Triwizard.
Oliver Wood would have been there longer.
Fred and George would have more of part in the last part of the series. Even though they left school, they should teach. Maybe a class called Jokology. (I actually wrote a fanfic with my sister where they did that)
Charlie and Bill would have more of a part as well.
Luna…and Seamus! Or Seamus could be gay…either one would work wonders for me
Ron and Krum would have gotten into an argument over Hermione and who was better for her.
Lord Voldie-shorts would just have deal with Harry OR ELSE a funny death scene where He’s got Harry on the ground or something and Harry accidentally rips up a plant that turns out to a mandrake or something. Something equally amusing that preferably doesn’t involve killing Harry, so maybe my earlier suggestion is out.
Cornelius Fudge WOULD DIE A HORRIBLE DEATH, along with Bellatrix, Lucius, Narcissa, the Crabbes and the Goyles
Draco would be turned into a good guy with lotsa slash with Harry, if I was in a Yaoi type of mood
….or an OC character….

The Weasleys would get richer in book three than just 700 Galleons
Percy would quit being a git
There’d be more interaction with the ghosts
MOST IMPORTANTLY: SIRIUS WOULD BE....CLEARED OF ALL FORMER CHARGES, what with the capture of the TRUE guilty one (i.e.: Wormtail, Peter Pettigrew...whatever you wanna call him. Mousy Git....Whatev)

I really wouldn't change alot about it excpet that I would have Lucius Malfoy and Bellatrix Lestrange dead a long time ago. And I would also have Neville's parents get better.
