Ok... yay heres another ban.. only a perma ban for soemthing i REALLY didnt do..i know i know.. Oh. another "I didnt do it"......
heres my story, and at the end i'll have a poll/question:
It was the night of July 27, and my mom told me we were going on vacation, so I got off Maple Story and started packing a little.
The next morning I got up and finished packing, then got on Maple Story too tell my guild that I was going on a vacation and wouldnt be on for a while. (My vacation was July 29- August 5)
I went on my vacation and had my gf check on the guild, cuz we usually do some really funny stuff.
Long story short, i came back from my vacation and my pin was changed, (third time) so after days of trying to get it back, and going on my other account and tracking him, since he was on, me and my friend tracked him;my friend tracking him when i was off, and me and him when i was on my other account. My friend saw him one day hacking, item vacing and like basically everything against the ToS. i finally got it back and changed my pass and pin.
About 4 days after, i tried signing on my account and it said you have been permanently blocked, for illegal use of third-party programs, or hacking. therefore you may not use this account anymore.
I email Nexon and flag/log tickets and STILL nothing, been about 2-3weeks, and since then, ive made another account also in BERA, which is now a level 38 Dexless sin (only 7 days old) and have been playing on that guy.

Ouch, I hope you get your account back. Yeah some of that has really bad customer service.

It sucks but there's no way Nexon could let that pass... Too many hackers would be able to get away with that excuse then. I guess it is bad customer service but it's typical for ONLINE FREE game company to react in that way. They don't have time to make sure EVERYONE is satisfied. And uhh WTF, did you have nx cash on you? I could've sworn that even if you hack, the policy was a temporary ban and youre cut form the rankings. PM the answers too please. It's pretty ******** up if they did that to you...
I knew two people who hacked and one got perm banned and the other didnt. DIfference? The other had NX. THey both should've got perm. banned...
