Ribbon can be found in the temple of the antcients, in one of the rooms off the clock face (can't remeber what one thoe), this is the only ribbon that can be "found" in the game, if you want more you need to go down into the northren crater and use the Morph command on a master tonberry, I would advice useing Yuffie (the girl has her uses) and her Conformer weapon (in the sunken gelenka, i beleave it is also her ultimate weapon) as this will do more damage than any other weapon will with Morph and has the highest success rate

Only places are Temple of ancients (as above post) also in crater. secret chamber after pushin boulder.
