Miguel had spent most of the past few months studying. But today he was going to relax. Or at least try. It was in his blood to go in search of new places and things. Perhaps that's why he was here. A place where he'd heard, from Chimmy, his sister, where Ulaya come to meet and relax. And where youngsters could play.

Miguel explored the area for a short while. 'Till he came to a bridge. Tulio had once told him a story of how a Troll lived under a bridge, and in order to cross you had to answer his riddles. There were three riddles, Miguel recalled.

"Three riddles, huh? I'm sure I can get them no problem." He smirked. As he neared the bridge his eyes were focused at the area under it, rather than at the bright Ulaya upon it. He headed directly under it in hopes of meeting the Troll. But there was none.

He sat there, staring at the water, watching the fish swim against the light pull of the stream. He watched with increasing interest. But soon remembered he was here to relax. As he sighed to himself, a small family of ducks swam by. He leaned close to one of the ducklings and watched it bob it's head in and out of the water, trying to imitate it's mother and get food.

As they passed, he made himself comfortable in the shade of the bridge. Before he knew it, he'd drifted off to sleep.

Miguel jolted his head up, but opened his eyes slowly. "Where am I?" He asked, a bit confused. He'd forgotten who he'd gotten there. He rushed to his feet, but got up too fast. Miguel lost his balance and plunged sideways into the small stream, scaring the fish away, and the ducks out of the water to a safe distance.

Miguel lay on his back looking upwards at Mile. Soggy and cold, he slowly rolled over onto his feet. "You saved me." He said wide eyed. "Thank you!" He shouted suddenly. "You saved me from drowning in..." He glanced at the water. "The shallow stream..." Now he just felt embarrassed.

Miguel slowly started to groom himself. He needed to get the water off, it was making him cold. He took a step back from Mile, and shook off as much water as he could. He examined the area around and walked out from under the bridge. Once he was completely in the sun he turned back and smiled at Mile. It was a lot nicer to be in the sun, than the shade when wet. "What brings you all the way out here?" He asked sweetly.

"I'm Miguel." He smiled cheerfully. "I was told, by my somewhat 'sister', that this was a good place to come and relax. So here I am, taking a break from my constant research and observations."

"It's kind of hard not to want to take notes of all the new things around here though. But I guess Chimmy must have known that. Because she hid my journal." He sighed sadly. It was rare for him not to have it with him. It kind of made him feel naked.

He smiled at Mile. Then realized he was still wet. He shook again, and tried to groom the rest of the water off.
