Just because someone is trying out doesn't mean they'll get the job. So, if you think that you'd be good at it, contact me today! New crew members will get a bonus for starting out. Anyone who tries out will get 1 month's wage regardless (as long as you show me some work).

(How much you get paid depends how much work you do and the quality of it. I'll be the one to judge.)
