so i've got a remote for my ceiling fan/light in my room. and at night, i leave the fan on but turn my light off. unfortunately, the battery in my remote died and now i can't turn my light on (and it won't turn on manually if it was turned off by the remote). so my room is getting dark as it gets darker outside! gonk hope my mom remembers to buy me a new battery!!!

Oh no! Evil batteries. Stuff like that is so stupid, what with the whole you can only turn it on by remote thing. rolleyes
I hope she remembers. It would take me several days and nagging reminders to get my parents to remember to buy one.

if it comes down to it, i'll just drive to my aunt's house to get one. she told me this morning she had one but we both forgot i needed it. lol
