Blair smiled as he watched the toddler try out his new medium for the first time: marker. Kuja had maneged to get blue, his favorite marker Blair assumed, all over his hands and feet. In fact he had more marker on himself than on the paper, which remained blank save for a few scribbles here and there. They had been just on their way to the center when they had passed an art store, Kuja had gotten excited over all the bright colors and wouldn't follow his father until they had gone in. Finally Blair succumbed to him and, after minutes of minor bickering, finally bought the 'magic color sticks' as Kuja had called them. Now here they were, sitting in a quaint little park, just...chilling.

"Wah, what a nice day!"
For once, Kaiyumi's long and messy hair was tied back, and out of her face. She stretched her arms up with a yawn as she and Sasuke started down the sidewalk. Unlike his usually cheery guardian, Sasuke's hands were shoved in his pockets. As Kaiyumi stretched, he leaned away from her, eyeing her arms catiously. If she accidently hit him, it wouldn't have been the first time.
"Hey," The girl suddenly spoke, snapping Sasuke out of his thoughts, "Lookit! It's a park!" Kaiyumi usually didn't take this route, and thus, was rather unfamiliar with the area. "I didn't know there was a park 'round here!"
'Maybe because you never have been around here.' Sasuke thought, with a snort. Before he could even open his mouth to comment, Kaiyumi suddenly squealed, and rushed towards the park. Sasuke could only stand there and stare for a moment, before going after her. "Wh-what the hell, Kai?"
The girl suddenly skidded to a stop, and tackled Blair. "Wah, it is you! Blair and Kuja!"

"Ooph! What the-!?" Blair could feel all the air flee his lungs and felt as though something was standing on him, pressing all of it's weight, crushing him. "K-Kai...." He managed to squeek out. "N-need...A-air...."
"Hmm?" Kuja turned his head to look at the boy that had been following Kaiyumi and grinned broadly. "Sasu-chan!" He squeeled.

Seeming to have not noticed Blair's distress, the small girl continued to cling onto the other guardian. "It's been so long!" She chirped happily. "Good to see you again! How've you been? How's Kuja been?" She hadn't caught the squeaked words, but Sasuke had. Having caught up, and heard what the other guardian said, he rushed up and grabbed Kai's collar, jerking her back, before turning to look at Blair again. "Sorry about that."
Then, gaze flickering to the familar child, Sasuke emitted a sigh, and rose a hand. "Hello." He greeted, hiding a frown and cringe from how he was addressed. Sasu-chan...sounded like something Kaiyumi would have called him.

"Quite alright..." Blair coughed in an attempt to get his throat to stop hurting from being constricted. "We've been good, how have the two of you been?"
"Pway wit me?" Kuja asked the older child as he held up a scribble of blues and greens.

"Kai," Sasuke eyed his guardian, his tone warning, "Don't do that again. You might really kill someone next time." In response, Kaiyumi puffed out her cheeks, before turning to grin at Blair. "Wah, we've been pretty good, yup! A little busy as of late, but good!" She paused to glance at Kuja, emitting a small laugh. "Cute as ever~"
Cringing, Sasuke glanced down at the child for a moment, before pressing his mouth into a thin line, and shaking his head. "Sorry kid, I'm not interested."
