This is very important and I will not take any tolerance when this issue is brought up.
When it comes to a locked thread. Only Chibi09 and anime-X09 are allowed to edit anything in there unless given the permission of me. If it comes to the point that anyone is changing their stats in anyway without my permission I will definatly take act.
