Okay... My dad showed me this video... The guy who posted it claims that it was shot in Haiti on August 6th and it was posted on the 9th... his account has had no other video posts... and it was created the same day the video was posted...
I later came across an article regarding the first video, but it also mentioned this other video... it's poster also created his profile the same day it was posted... and he claims to have shot it ON THE SAME DAY... AND IT WAS POSTED THE DAY IT'S SAID TO BE SHOT...
Those are facts... the only ones I've got... But as for opinion... I have no clue whether or not they're fake... All I'm saying is... They don't look fake.
Somebody tell me I'm not crazy!

I dunno what to say... the first one feels staged to me, personally... there's no indication what they were filming in the first place and all of a sudden, there's a fake little GASP. *shrugs* As for the second, it's obviously spliced together to show the same image repeatedly moving across the same area of sky. The fact that it was cut and pasted together indicates that it's not exactly 100% legit.

But then, I'm a skeptic when it comes to stuff like this.

Well yes and no... You're right... there's not much evidence that they were filming before the ufos showed up... which takes away credibility... but then again, nobody's claiming that that's how it worked...
And as for the gasp... I dunno about you, but I doubt in a situation like that I could muster up a "Holy s**t!"

I dunno. I still think that gasp sounded pretty fake. Like someone planned it out ahead of time, saying, "Don't rant or anything, just gasp really loud so it sounds like you're scared."

There's plenty of software out there capable of making a fake that looks every bit as convincing as that...

Check out the presentation video for vue 6, for example:

» Hmmm, I have to agree with some of the other posts here.
This does seem fake. And that gasp -- Puhleease.
They need to learn how to act, or at least make
a somewhat convincing gasping noise . . .

One would think that if they're gonna gasp like that, it would have happened BEFORE the camera was up and running. They were already panning for the "object" before they gasped, so they couldn't have been THAT surprised. whee
