Personality: Mr. Tinkles is a little p***k. He is very vain and a major Diva. Many take him for gay, though he does love the ladies. He will not talk to anything that he finds remotely grotesque, and prefer the company of the cute and beautiful. He does make exceptions for the extremely powerful.
His draw back in life is his uncanny obsession towards all things shiny. He is like a bug drawn to light. He will go out of his way for his tiny treasures and this often causes him to end up in a bad situation.
If you do become a true friend to him, he will be loyal. His degrading attitude is only visible when he is trying to put on a visage, when he is around others. He does make friends with the less cute, but has been known to be rather rude to them when the in crowd rolls around. I guess you could call him plastic.
