Just out of curiousity how many people were on sites similar to Gaia before they joined up and why did they choose Gaia over it. Because I was on Neopets and then got frustrated all they many rules they made.
So discuss where you on any similar sites in a time before Gaia??

Nope, just Gaia. Didn't know any other sites like this were out there except for Neopets... but that just seems too childish, I tried it out for like a month shortly after discovering Gaia in 2004 because I thought it might be similar but it remined me a lot of those tomacagi(sp?)/giga pet hand held pets thingys, but like a computer versions with better games. I really only went on for like 2 of the games and after a month those were boring so I just kinda forgot about it.
What other sites like Gaia are out there?

I tried Neopets, too, but thought it was too childish. Gaia is so far the best.
