so i was originally going to move into my dorm on august 24. we'd be leaving around 3, which would put us there around 7 pm. we were going to do that because everyone has school that day and my mom didn't want to hire a sub on the third day of school.
but as i was looking at the schedule of events for the move-in days, most things happen on thursday and they end around 4pm on friday. so we decided tonight that i will be driving myself to school on thursday.
it's very sad to go alone but it's probably better that way. my mom and sister will be distracted by school and i'll have a 4 hour drive to cry my eyes out. i'm glad i get to move in earlier but it's very very sad at the same time. i feel just blah right now.
