 Madeline sighed as she laid under a tree. She had nothing better to do since she wandered away from some other Ulaya. A small pond was located a little ways for her, but she didn't feel like getting up and walking over there. She was bored and besides, the the wet grass felt good against her warm body.

Miyuki floated along the far shore of the pond, her large semi-transparent wings beating quickly to keep her hovering above the ground. She was smaller than even most females, which made it easier to stay afloat.
She blinked down at her rippling reflection and lowered herself to the ground, leaning down to take a drink.

Madeline heard the flapping of wings not to far away. She got up and turned to look at the direction of the pond. Her eyes landed on a beautiful Ulaya that was taking a drink form the pond. She was glad that some company had come so she wouldn't have to rot in boredom. She casually walked over to where the Ulaya was and let out a small greeting. "Hello, my name is Madeline. What is yours?" she asked quietly so she wouldn't startle her.

Miyuki jumped, even if her voice was soft. She blinekd wide-eyed and turned to the other female, still startled for a moment more. Then she seemed to ease a bit, and smiled shyly. "Oh... Hello... Um, I'm Miyuki." Her wings fluttered behind her.

"Oh! Sorry." Madeline apolozied when she saw Miyuki jump. "I didn't to scare you like that. Nice to meet you Miyuki." She gave her a smile and sat down. "So what brings you here, besides a nice freshing drink?" she asked. What could she say. She was treibbly bored. Popping out questions wasn't normally what she would do, but she had nothing else to do.
