She's had tons of different names, from Kimberley to Fyre
(Some people might recognize the name Fyre Daemon from long ago RP threads in the Chatterbox.)
Anyway, for now her name is Rhiannon.
I've based her around this picture:
I'll add bits of things as they come to me, since that's how I usually do things.
Oh, a little tidbit about me:
I took an animation class, and anytime we did character profiles, we had to use a description or a picture.
I always went with the visual picture, since that's easiest.
I find it helps bring out the character more.
Basic
Name: Rhiannon
Age: around 100 (immortal)

Race: Black Dragon/ Siren
Personality
She's very friendly, it can be hard to get on her bad side.
Prone to happy smiles and laughter.
She keeps her anger in check most of the time;
it takes a lot to get her really angry,
but beware when she does get that angry.
She has a tendency to not talk about her background and powers, having found that it's more likely to end in attempts to take her life.
In her own way, she's a bit mysterious, but most people don't realize it due to her friendly nature.
Very intelligent, but not often condescending towards others.
Powers
Being half black dragon, Rhiannon has healing power in her saliva.
Also, she has the power to change into a black dragon, though she rarely uses this.
She can control fire, and has done so only in emergencies, or when the power runs out in her bar.
Her mother was a Siren, so Rhiannon is also immortal.
She has a lovely singing voice, and can thread spells through her songs to enchant, ensnare, and protect.
Background
Rhiannon was born the daughter of a wyvern - the leader of the black dragon sept - and a Siren.
She grew up in the wyvern's castle in the Irish countryside.
Her childhood was fairly normal, even for one of her status.
She has a sibling, one Fyre, born to her mother of a different father, a Demon Lord.
The two grew up together, with Fyre being a little more sinister in look and deed.
Her father taught them both how to master their powers.
Rhiannon had little need for combat training, though she received it.
Her sister was an intense fighter, however.
Rhianon took after their mother with her powers.
Hence, her mother began to tutor her more than her father.
Soon, because Fyre had no Siren ability other than immortality, the two became separated and hardly saw each other.
On her 90th birthday, having completed training and wandered about for some years, Rhiannon decided to venture farther.
The next decade was spent wandering around the European cities and countrysides.
She became fond of loose flowing skirts, leather, and fitted clothing.
Purple was what some may call her "power color", meaning she gained her strength and from it.
Over time, she grew tired of wandering and bought property in Los Angeles, where she set up Seduction Bar & Inn.
