So - I've done all the quests before this - But it isn't available yet? D;
I have the oxygen tank - But he just isn't offering me the quest, help please? D;

From what I've heard you have to drop it to start the quest.....

the tank actually have you train under water withour losing hp, so it helps alot if you thinking of train in Aqua

It's not the bubble thing D;
Its the fact that - If I drop this thing - And infact, you need to hand it over to that guy, then that means, I can't do the quest that needs the tank.

You need to discard the tank in order to start the quest.

When I equipped my scuba tank on my noobz character it did absolutely nothing for breathing underwater. xD
But oh well.
You know you can forfeit a quest and start it over right? If you mess up I mean.

Zatari When I equipped my scuba tank on my noobz character it did absolutely nothing for breathing underwater. xD But oh well. You know you can forfeit a quest and start it over right? If you mess up I mean. sometimes that doesnt work, for certain quests that include non-tradeable items, if u quit in a certain stage of the quest, it kinda stays unavailable but in ur "in progress".
