Well, I love cheddar cheese. (If I can spell it right!) Since I haven't really heard anything about cheese. I thought I might lighten the mood! biggrin

I just had a Irish Cheese that is to die for called Dublier (sp). OMG good good stuff. Can't find it at the grocers but I will be ordeing it online if my search does not turn it up.
