I like the Saber x Rin pairing a lot, they look so cute together ^^
I also like Caster x Kuzuki (poor Caster).

Amikka Well my favourite has always been ShirouxSaber, but I quite like the RinxShirou coupling as well.
I liked the RinxArcher as well, but i mean *SPOILER*It's the same person anyway sweatdrop

That picture is of Caster and Sōichirō Kuzuki.
It is right after Archer kills/attacks Caster when they are in the bottom floor of the dungeon. She is run through by the many projected weapons while defending her Master.
Basically this is the original scene that they edited in the anime so instead it was Gilgamesh who did the attack.
