Animals such as Elephants, tigers, and horses DO NOT deserve being tortured and abused for the amusement of heartless humans!!
I think that those damn circus carni's should leave the poor animals out of the act! It's just plain wrong and cruel!!! scream
Whoever came up with the idea of having animals suffer for amusement and money is the most horrible human ever!
This is wrong! Tigers Don't deserve this!!! They need to be free and in the wild! Not caged up all day and performing! stressed scream scream
What is everyone's opinions on animals in circuses?

In theory, the circus could have been a positive thing. Teaching conservation about the animals they're using, interesting facts, et cetera, and providing them with ample enclosures and correct care. Unfortunately, that's really not the case at all.
According to the Animal Protection Institute (www.API4animals.org), EVERY major circus has been cited in the past for issues iwth their animals. This includes Barnum and Bailey and any other big names you can think of. One of the most common I see around is elephants that are not vaccinated against tuberculosis - tuberculosis is an extremely dangerous respiratory illness that can be transferred to the handlers or anyone else around (aka the audience) if the elephant has it. So, not only is it not fair to the animal, it's not fair to anyone else there.
I do know that most well-known magicians take better care of their animals than circuses, particualrly ones who have permanent shows. Animals like tigers get their own outdoor pens and often receive better living conditions than people. They always have multiple animals per part needed, as creatures like tigers are impossible to perform with if they are not in the mood. Grouchy tigers get to sit out while the ones who are ready are used. They had a brief special on it once on Animal Planet, and it was very interesting.
On Dirty Jobs, they also visited a magician's place once where their birds are kept. According to my brother, who watched that episode, the birds had very large enclosures that were kept meticulously clean.

animals in the circus are cool nd all but its also bad to see them experiancing pain from resraints and stuff.ITS WRONGDOWN RIGHT WRONG!
