My day was wonderful! Let me copy and paste my spiel to the council board.. I suppose only LaRue will have to read the same version twice!
Jade and I met Jason
for lunch at a Vietnamese restaurant, which was nice because we've
never gotten to meet up for lunch before! Jason just got a new job
with a long enough lunch break to eat out, plus now that I'm driving
again... Then we sat on the grass at a park across the street to burn
some time before he had to go back, and then I took Jade to my
appointment where they biopsied a big black clover-shaped freckle on
my shoulder which 3 doctors told I should definitely have removed
asap, so I have 3 stitches and a tender shoulder, but that's ok. I'm
getting a little taste of what my dad goes through, having had both
types of skin cancer, and one skin removal in the exact same place as
me. Mine's probably not cancerous though. Then after my chiropractor
appointment (the very first one since my October car accident where
I'm actually feeling better!) I met my parents and sister and her
family and we walked to a Japanese restaurant for Sushi (and other
things for those who don't like Sushi), and then walked to the local
duck pond where they were having a free Russian choir concert. smile
Oh, and tomorrow's our 8-year wedding anniversary too, so we're going
to meet for lunch again! Yippee!

I''d forgotten about it as a possibility for lunch until my best friend said that''s where they went for their anniversary. I left an anniversary card in Jason''s mustang this morning for him to find when he left for work, and he says he cried a little. It''s been a long time since I''ve given him a card! And he showed up for lunch with a big bouquet of pink and white flowers, including some kind of lilly. It''s been a while since I''ve gotten flowers too! biggrin
