The Service Roleplaying Area
Subforum Moderator: Elizabeth R. Elegance
As you enter this thread, heck, as you first walked into this subforum, all you can see are doors. Just... doors. The first question in your head is, "Which door?" But, you listen, you peek, your curiousty is slowly pulling you into each door, just so you know what is behind that one door. You may not like it, you may like it, or maybe, you don't even know what to think, but you looked. Thus, you've walked into this roleplaying extravaganza.
So pick a door and explore.
Welcome to the roleplaying area of the Service. Here we allow ourselves to become different people, or people we use casually. Either way, we roleplay here to relax normal day lives and stimulate our creativity by roleplaying with fellow clanspeople. This place is for everyone to enjoy a side of them that they want to be, a personality untouched and characteritics they could only pray to have.
Here, we are free, even for just a little while.

The Roleplaying Law
Yes, this subforum has its own specifc Law. Sadly, but it is to keep things professional.
One. Be punctual as much as possible. Roleplaying is so much better when you are capable of reading it. Two. PG-13 Format. Nothing over the top that would risk your rank. Three. ABSOLUTELY NO SLAVE THREADS OR CHATTERBOX "SLUT" ROLEPLAYS. Yes, I have stressed it with Caps Lock. Now abide by it. Four. Foul Language should be used when appropriate, not constant. Five. If the roleplay has certain rules, follow them. Be courteous to their needs. We may be roleplaying, but our clan should stick together. Six. Be creative, blandness is not to be respected here. Seven. Staple roleplay is not allowed, not at all. Eight. You need to talk Out Of Character (OOC), do so in paranthesis or brackets. Nine. Follow every rule and guideline expressed in Gaia and this clan.
These rules are pretty basic. They aren't that difficult to follow. If you've roleplayed before, you should know how this works. If not, here's your chance.

Roleplaying Advice
Now, the Matron hasn't roleplayed in quite a while (*coughfivemonthscough*), but she does have some advice she would like to offer to all clan roleplayers.
Her first advice is:
"If you have a roleplay in mind, look around if it hasn't been thought of yet. It'll be easier to have a more contained subforum if there weren't replicas of the same basic roleplay. If you feel you can improve a roleplay, lightly suggest it to the roleplay owner. Try to enjoy by joining a roleplay instead of having to always make one."
Her second advice is:
"CREATIVITY AND ORGANIZATION. There is always a need for creativity and organization. It's best advised to have detail, but still be able to get to the point. I also recommend that you separate your roleplaying into paragraphs if it's longer than seven sentences. Everyone would be more capable of reading what you have to say or do if you were able to organize your thoughts, as well as express it."
Her final advice is:
"Have fun and be literate!"
It's pretty basic on what the Matron wants for all of you, for what everyone wants from you. Your here to enjoy yourself, so just have fun and think about the Matron's advice.
