I just finished watching this movie, which has Keiko in a supporting role. Personally, I thought that most of the acting was rather dull except for when ever Keiko happened to be on the screen. Maybe I'm just biased, or maybe she's just a great actress. Maybe a little of both.
Ryuusei fansubs did the subbing, and it's available on their website via BT, Emule, or Megaupload.
There's also an omake which I have yet to watch.

I think I watched it on crunchyroll. Nevertheless, pretty cool movie, and Keiko was awesome in it. It was cool watching her play that kind of character.
