First off, I assume you know all about the Hugh materia quest(that you ultimately go on anyways). Bahamut ZERO is the second(if you go in order) hugh materia you get, and you can only obtain this summon if you return to bugenhagen's lab and touch the blue materia. Now, im not gonna try and walk you through the whole senario on how to get this hugh materia, the only thing I can tell you is after you do the Mideel hugh materia quest, go to the submarine area and go from there. SAVE before entering though, cause if you die from the soon-to-be boss battle then youre screwed. Trust me, I have been playing this game for 10 years with many failed tries. I suggest the stratagy guide, its a good investment and cheap, I suspect its only 5-10 dollars in your local game shop.

It's the huge materia at Junon? I always thought it was the one in space. If Bahamut Zero is the one at Junon, then what's the one on Cid's space shuttle?

Wait, i thought you needed all the huge matieras to get it? Cause if you don't get the one from the train, then your out of luck

Collect all the Huge Materia from the Underwater Reactor in Junon (and get the submarine!), The Space Chip (I knew the combo, I got to look it up), and from the Train in Corel.
If you do get all 3, not only will the people give you a nice reward but, head back to Cosmo Canyon and see Red XIII's grandpa in his lab. He'll keep the materia with him. Inspect all of it until Cloud says 'He sees Bahamut'. You then get Bahamut Zero.

You forgot the one at the Condor reactor. There are 4 materia, but the game doesn't require you to get them all. Only if you want access to Bahamut Zero and the master materia. And even if you have all the huge materia, you can't get Bahamut Zero unless you have both Bahamut and Neo Bahamut.

Aquire the huge materia from the shinra-7 rocket (code is O, Square, X, X) during the huge materia quest, then if you have collected both bahamut (temple of antients after fighting the red dragon boss) and neo-bahamut (whirlwind maze) touch the blue materia in the lab in cosmo canyon you will hear a roar and cloud will say "is that bahamut" and you will receive Bahamut Zero materia.
on a similer note if you master all magic, command (excluding E-skill), or summon materias you can touch the huge materia of the same colour and perform the master materia blend, and merge one of each mastered materia to form one master magic, command, or summon materia which can be very handy thoe can take a very long time to produce especialy the master summon thanks to KOTR takeing an immence amount of AP to level up (i killed emerald whilst useing the Apocolipse sword (triple growth) to level up KOTR and it still only leveled up once!)
