If we (the Guild's crew) feel as though we need extra help, we'd look for active members who follow the guilds rules (i.e., not spamming), have a good attitude/are friendly to others, are active in the guild, have lots of posts, and are otherwise knowledgeable and intelligent when it comes to POTC.
