i can cook. i would never want to work in a restaurant but i can cook.
i blame a childhood spent growing up and watching food network when my favorite cartoons werent on.
mmmm, yes, more scientificky goodness with Good Eats, i must have more crammed packed into this brain!!!!!
of course, nasty side effects of food network are noted. some of them not to be talked of with respectable folk. licking televisions is not a respectable habit my dear friends, and neither is thinking of the similarities between bechamel sauce and alfredo sauce. theyre NOT the same, i checked XD

rofl that is the best idea ever some of my pocky loving friends would say, id see it as just a quicker way to a slow sedentary sleep.
i made nachos today (almost burned them) but yesterday i was taught how to make latin american style little fried patties, some i filled with beef, some with cheese, and some with some incredibly good shrimp type thingie.
there was leftover beef, hence the nachos today, which were overseasoned but awesome!
