I'm not ina good mood.
Daisy just moved out and I couldn't do anything about it...
that's okay and everything, but now I have an ugly kangaroo in my town. Dx
Please someone take her if you think she's pretty.

I'd say neglect, too.

But it doesn't always work.

I've stopped sending letters to my neighbors once I get their pictures. They won't leave. Now, I only have one neighbor (new neighbor, Caroline <3 ) that I send letters, too.

The exception was Dottie. I sent letters with gifts to Dottie EVERY DAY and she still left, even after I asked her not to leave and sent her expensive presents.

Kangaroos are kinda rare though since there are only 2 in the game razz

Maybe you should try to be friends with her and you might like her if not then just be mean to her ignore her when she has an exclamation mark or something over her and all.
