So, I was looking through the FM - And I came across an item known as "The Pico-Pico hammer" Now, some of you may be clueless, but any gaming fans will know what i'm talking about ;D In a game series known as "Secret of mana" there is an item that shrinks people, known as "The Pico hammer" And "The Pico-Pico hammer" is an exact copy xD
Discuss - Things from Maple that are based off of other things (Games, books, TV, etc)

You mean trademarked. Unless Pico-Pico is trademarked, then nobody can "sue" or anything.

Hm, I've always thought of the Pico Pico Hammer as a cute Asian (because I'm not sure if it's Japanese or Korean) toy hammer or something. I've seen other games, including MMOs, that have a pico hammer as a weapon. I wouldn't necessarily say any one game owns the right to every single item that exists in gameplay. Even Gaia has a lot of items influenced from video games, anime, manga, and the like, but it cannot claim the item or concept of the halo.
Then again, I could be wrong. There are certain items that are exclusive to only certain sites or games, and they are copyrighted.
Now to get back onto topic, I think the Cash Shop headbands are based from Ragnarok Online's headbands, but they're more chibi to fit our mini characters. whee
Edit // Ouu, I love your siggy! heart I have the same Pikachu plush.

The Pico-Pico Hammer is also a toy-hammer weapon used in the game Tales of Eternia. A roleplaying game for the PS1 system. wink

Yeah, I always thought it was just a toy. Like the cup-and-ball game, Kendama.
