Here's a banner I made because I was bored. It blinds after a while, but it's guaranteed to capture one's attention.

You spelt seizure wrong.
I can delay the flashes, if that helps.

You got the point, besides I think they are looking for the small banners that appear at the top right when in the guild.

What's the size of the banner?

200 x 40 if that's what they're looking for, but you should probably ask nitnit.
