That's crazy. I knew about the Erised=Desire bit but I never flipped it. I used to do stuff like that all the time. My friends and I would reverse our names and call each other our names backwards and stuff. I can't believe I never noticed.

*laughs* Don't feel too bad at all! Like everyone else has said, most people missed it. My friend Tiffany and I figured it out because we were one of the few in our high school reading those 'childrens books.'

My mom didn't realize that Alan Rickman played Severus Snape, if that makes you feel better! When I mentioned it offhand when we were watching tv the other day, she freaked out - she finally realized why Snape always looked familiar!
