Q: I got a PM asking for my password. Is it real?
A: DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR PASSWORD!! A real administrator, staff member, moderator, moderator assistant or NPC will never ask for your password. They don't need it!
Q: How do I change my username, gender, or birthday?
A: My Gaia --> Account --> Available
*note: You only get two free changes for your username and gender. After that it costs 10k to change it the third time, 20k the fourth, 30k the fifth etc...
Q: How do I change my signature?
A: My Gaia --> Account --> Signature
Q: How do I change my hair?
A: Market --> Shops --> Salon Durem
You can only keep one hair style at a time. After buying it go to customize me and save your avatar. When you buy a new hair style you lose your old one. You can also buy a wig such as Mythic Hair which is an item that stays in your inventory.
Q: I'm an alien!! How do I become human again?
A: Drink Red Bino and save your avatar. You can find it at the Barton Boutique
Q: How can I change my skin color/eyes?
A: Go to Dress Up and choose to delete your avatar using this button.
Then you have the option to change your eyes, skin, and hair. You do not lose any items or gold, but you will lose any salon bought hair.Q: Why doesn't my avatar show up when I go to customize me?

Q: How do I get quests?
A: Quests are announced whenever a new one is available. To see the past quests go to the Announcements to find old ones, however quests are only available for a short period of time and will be disabled eventually. To find a list of active quests check here. Some people mistake the gaia quests with user quests. Occasionally when someone talks about a quest they mean an item they are saving up their gold to buy. You can make a quest thread in the Charity/Quests forum and make a quest bar at http://www.tektek.org/questbar/

A: If you need to report a PM for any reason, whether it's asking for your password or harassment click on this button
while viewing the latest PM and fill out the report. If you need to report a thread for violating the ToS click on "Report this thread" at the bottom of the thread and fill out the report. If you need t report a post for any reason click on the "Report this post" button above that post.
